Allucinante sistema di verifica, prima ti fanno acquistare poi verifichi i documenti. Ho fornito tutta la documentazione richiesta e il sistema non era mai soddisfatto, ho contattato l'assistenza clienti, dopo tanto tempo perso sono stato rimborsato. Chiedono come prova di residenza le utenze, come se ci fosse l'obbligo di avere utenze intestate, e se uno le ha intestate ai genitori o alla compagna ? Servizio fake.

Par manque de chance le premier compte n'as pas fonctionner et cela m'a causé beaucoup de désagrément, notament que nous avons passer une semaine a essayé de configurer un compte qui ne fonctionnait pas, la faute à pas de chance. Le deuxième compte c'est bien passer.

Update: Zadarma now charge "minimum €20" if you don't want your SMSs to come from "teamsale" ... absurd. --- As if the spammy method they use to send your SMSs wasn't bad enough, you can't call certain important numbers of major organisations (eg. Austrian Railways); Zadarma will always say "temporarily unavailable" and customer service send you around in endless circles because they can't be bothered testing the number themselves. Aaaargh. Amateurish waste of time. Now looking for a new provider. -- When you send an SMS using their service the sender ID appears as "Teamsale" to the vast majority of destinations. This makes recipients think I'm spamming them. Also, they can't reply! Useless! I reported this to them months ago and they said they couldn't do anything. Now they say they're looking into it, but I don't believe it. Have had to take my business elsewhere. UPDATE: the solution their reply below suggests is complicated, costly and designed for companies. I just want people to receive a basic SMS that shows the Zadarma phone number that sent it, so they know it was me and can reply, rather than a spammy "teamsale"! Unfortunately Zadarma now are very obviously review-stuffing to hide their incompetence. Have dropped a star from my rating in view of this. Better business practise would be to focus efforts on fixing their operations!

They have a serious problem with the id verification, as others have described one is asked for a document picture, then a higher resolution, and then a picture of yourself with a piece of paper with the document in hand. If that is what you need, ask for it in the first place and don't waste a week of my time waiting for your response. I can't speak about the service itself since I was unable to use it.

Asked if they could port a number from hushed before making an account. They required me to buy a years subscription only to tell me they required an invoice with name and number on it which Hushed does not provide. Gave all the documentation Hushed provides to show the number was mine but they refused to port. Why not just say that when I asked initially instead of wasting all my time and effort? Now my number is going to expire because I made the mistake of going with this company. Edited to add: The below response demonstrates this company is acting in bad faith and deflecting blame on their terrible operations: I had written to them previously saying if they couldn't port my number they should be providing a refund. So there is absolutely nothing stopping them from doing that already except to waste one's time again!
