Worst Service I got told a service would work then it didn't I asked for a refund and they wouldn't do it. I had to go to my bank to get the money back. STAY AWAY Since doing this Review Zadarma reply below and said a refund had been done. THIS IS A OUTRIGHT LIE.

Hello, we have provided you with the ARP/RRN transaction numbers. The refund was processed on April 16, 2024, at 9:44:46. Typically, it takes some time depending on the bank. Please contact your bank with the ARP/RRN numbers and inquire about when the funds will be received.

Worst support team i've ever met. Not worth it. Just go away, run from this company. I've spent in total 10 support calls. Countless hours in live support. Still doesnt work. Demanded a refund, but they made it a hassle to get my money out. Run

Hi Armand, thank you for the review!

We had a Romanian voip number with them, which started receiving calls for other people. Zadarma told us something got mixed up and we had to request a new number. Requesting the new number failed because they don't accept our proof of residence in Romania (house of grandmother, who still lives there and was one of the main users of the number). Support is not possible to give a human response or any reason why the documents are not acceptable. We have prepaid money in their account and no number or way to get the money back.
