I have had some difficulties with the hearing aids when I first got them. The ones I received were oticons. They were faulty and it took weeks to get some that would work for me. I switched to the starkeys and they are working great. Leyla was very helpful in sending me the supplies I needed. Miranda worked with me on getting them set properly It was difficult to get in touch with the company and seldom got a call back. I would give Leyla and Miranda 5 stars. Yes Hearing I would give 2 1/2 stars.

I was nervous about purchasing from an online group that was without a brick and mortar store. But I read some good reviews about Yes Hearing and decided to take a chance. And I have been so glad that I did. The salesman that contacted me (Carlos) was personal, friendly, and professional and explained how the company's processes worked. He suggested that Phonak Audeo hearing aids sounded like they would work best for me. I did some research on them and agreed with his assessment -- I called back and placed my order. Shortly thereafter I got a text from the salesman confirming my purchase (and an email) and then I received a text from a tech (Leyla) who said she would be the go-to person for any questions I had through the process. She confirmed that I would be contacted by an audiologist within a few days to set up an appointment for the hearing aid test. The audiologist (Scott) set up the appointment. He arrived right on time, conducted the tests and set up my hearing aids. He thoroughly explained the care and function of the hearing aids and the MyPhonak app. He also followed up with a face-time phone call two weeks later to see how. I've had a few questions that I've texted Leyla and she has always responded quickly. She helped me purchase an additional charger (which arrived in timely fashion) and has answered small technical questions that have arisen in my use of the hearing aids. The hearing aids themselves work perfectly (I've had them for over a month now) and the people that have assisted me in this entire process have been wonderfully helpful, polite, and timely. I recommend them highly and with no reservations!

Very poor customer service. Slow to respond. I paid them thousands of dollars in June, the sent the wrong size receiver end of July and now, beginning of September, they told me they don’t have the correct size. Very disappointing and frustrating.

I bought oticon hearing aids from Yes Hearing earlier this year. The original interactions were positive. 2 weeks ago my left hearing aid failed. It took about a week to get any response other than Sam the AI guy who is worthless. I had call 9 days ago and was told I needed new receiver which would be sent out immediately. 9 days later I get call telling me they havent sent out because paperwork not done right. So now I am looking at 3 weeks without hearing aids. Totally unacceptable.

I have been hesitant to get the upgraded hearing aids (mostly due to cost) Now that I went through the testing and fitting, I wish I had done it sooner. I really can't explain how much better I hear and what I have been not hearing. I highly recommend these hearing aids. Love them

Bradley was extremely compassionate and very prompt he answered questions and was very nice. Tina was exceptional as well, she was very patient just like Bradly. This company really lives up to what it claims. My hearing aids are a real game changer. They do very well in adjusting them when you want them to be. but i have had no problems with my hearing aides. I fully recommend this company to anyone who needs hearing aides.

The company took money out of my account last year to pay for hearing aids that did not work, were returned, the consultant took molds of my ears, never sent back hearing aids and my consultant has not been seen since. I am really really angry..... $2500 gone with no response after repeated !!!!! attempts to contact.

I purchased my hearing aids from Yes Hearing first part of the year I found them by accident on the internet. I call them they were very helpful and the same hearing aids were a lot cheaper than my doctor offered them to me. Once I received my hearing aids Yes Hearing set me up with a local doctor and they adjusted my hearing aids at no extra cost. They also have supplied me with tips and filters. I bought the tv adapter which is great the sound goes straight to hearing aids it’s perfect I can also walk around the house and listen to my television station. I totally recommend Yes Hearing you won’t be disappointed
