I am very impressed with the professionalism of Yes Hearing. When I was unhappy with my first hearing aids, Oliver Phillips, did everything he could to help me find another brand that I am very pleased with. Oliver helped set me up with Family Hearing and Vision in Foley, Alabama. They helped set me up with my new Oticon hearing aids and I continue to see them for fine tuning and supplies. In my time of researching Yes Hearing, I was bit skeptical, on the amount of information provided by their sales team. 30 day money guaranteed, and years of insurance for the hearing aid, sounded to good to be true. After the purchase of the hearing aid, someone reach to me, to keep me update on my purchase and follow up with on-site visit to deliver the hearing aid and place them to the patient, my father. The doctor/visitor (all included in the price of the hearing aid), was informative and knowledgeable of the hearing aid. At the end of the visit, we felt comfortable with the transaction of this hearing aid. Great customer service and great team from Yes Hearing!!!

1/22/2021 Yes Hearing is wonderful to work with. I found them on the internet after having gone to an in-network provider and being unsatisfied with their pricing. Yes Hearing was $300 cheaper on my Cross and $1305 cheaper on my Oticon OPN S1for a total savings of $1,605! They provided a full in person hearing exam and a follow up visit. Highly recommend them!!!!

I purchased in December a Phonak hearing aid from yes Hearing. My contact Oliver, did a great in selecting the best hearing aid for me. He presented himself in a professional manner explaining the product and quickly following up on all my questions along with introducing me to his assistant who set up my hearing aid at my home residence, and followed up 30 days later to verify my aid was properly functioning. Very impressed with the process.

My hearing aids were delivered by a hearing aid specialist who performed a hearing test, fitted the aids and did the initial programming. After I installed the MyPhonak android app I was contacted by an audiologist who spent some 45 min. online tuning up these aids and explaining how I can get the most service from these instruments - very impressive and justifies the time and cost to get the most from my purchase. Definitely better than office visits with audiologists I've had in the past for previous hearing aids. I highly recommend this route for obtaining the best aids and the best fitting/programming.

The experience of dealing exceeded my expectations in terms of quality of service as well as convenience

Yes Hearing worked really well for my dad. He is home bound and couldn't go out for a hearing test. We purchased a hearing aid for him and Yes Hearing contacted an audiologist in Oklahoma to come out and test dad's hearing and fit his hearing aids. They did a great job overall and I recommend them for sure. There was a longer delay in getting them, due to them sending the wrong pair at first, but Oliver from the company kept me posted on all of it.
