The experience I had was not so great, if it was not for Leyla Mohamed, it would have been terrible. I purchased hearing aids and paid for them up front, no financing. A month later no hearing aids still, 2 times the audiologist canceled the scheduled appointment. I called to get my money back and was lucky enough Leyla answered, she was professional and took control of the situation. I did get the hearing aids and went to my audiologist for him to set them up.(had to go to my Audiologist Really). I have had them now for over 2 months and they are great. Thank you Leyla for helping me and I do appreciate all of her help. I understand since COVID nothing is the same....The next generation of workers GOOD LUCK! Find more staff like Leyla and take good care of them, so you don't lose them.

Price great! Delivery poor. Service poor. Ended up paying for another service provider to finish up and maintain. They really tried and were very accommodating just missed.

It was difficult to set up my appointment. I asked for a qualified accredited audiologist but he/she no longer works for you. The substitute person had severe time limitations on when she could meet me at my home during the day. We finally agreed to meet at 5 pm yesterday. She was 15 minutes late and then discovered that she forgot to bring her computer and had to go home and come back again. I felt we were rushed and we ended up finishing much later than I planned for. My wife and I had a program that night and this was rather upsetting for both of us.

First request for expedited delivery, although promised in 1-2 daye, didn't appear for over a week. Thanks to Hailey, second g try arrived in 2 days.
