I am an 80 year old middle aged woman who noticed some time ago that I had to turn the tv volume up when listening and had to ask people speaking to me to repeat themselves when we were having a conversation. Noticed that when attending Mass the homily and readings were jumbled words that I could not make out even though the sound system was in use. Sadly when my grandchild visited I had to ask her to repeat herself over and over again. She asked if I had ear trouble.... but happily I can now honestly say that I have changed all that thanks to Yes Hearing. Once I made decision that I needed a hearing aid I shopped around on the computer reading many articles on senior hearing loss etc. I also noticed how careful one has to be when reading all the articles and sales pitches given as to the cost of a device. I could go on and on as to the false info out there. My choice of a hearing aid and the care given to the customer and at a price that one does not have to take on another huge financial obligation was to purchase a device from Yes Hearing. Had my doubts at first that they were too good to be true but as I am using my device as they instructed and enjoying my life and the sermons in church I can testify that they say what they mean and mean what they say. Even the home service is tops and everyone involved with me including the people to whom I speak on the phone are cordial and helpful and mannerly which is a characteristic that seems to be going out of style these days. In closing I send out a big thank you to all @ Yes Hearing for doing a job well done.

Spoke to a Matthew April, 8 024 on first call set up an appointment for a consultant to show me different type of hearing aids . She arrived with a predetermined Behind the Ear Aid , the wire from aid was so short it sat on top of my ear .After several days of aid falling off my ear requested a ear mold be made and longer wires for my next appointment 10 days away .One day before appointment was told they no longer make ear molds and manufacture had not delivered wires. requested a refund . Contacted my CC company to let them know what was happening they told me Yes Hearing billed me for entire amount 1 week after initial contact Matthew told me I had 45 days from my first appointment to cancel the order for a full refund, Run away from Yes Hearing , they are not who they pretend to be

Just as represented in initial phone call. Being a former Beltone customer I was initially impressed by the audiologist who came to my home and did a much more professional and thorough testing of my hearing and explaining in detail the results. This was much appreciated and based on this she set up my new Oticon Intents to a result I never achieved with Beltone. She explained everything and demonstrated as necessary. The price was a major savings over Beltone and the product seems superior to Beltone's top-of-the-line being offered at double the price. Feel confident I can get excellent help in the future based on my audiologist experience.

Yes hearing is great. They truly care about my needs. Everyone at Yes has given me more time, more attention, and more respect than I have received in total from all the hearing clinics I've been to combined. Yes Hearing does a profoundly professional job, and they do it all online and by telemedicine appointments. This helps keep their cost lower, which saves me money, but also allows them to provide much better and more personalized care for my hearing needs. I couldn't be more pleased. After all, it is impossible to improve on perfection. And perfection is exactly what Yes Hearing has achieved in their customer care.

Went to Roses Hearing.com on 78 Faunce Corner Rd in North Dartmouth, MA. I saw Brad Hilston and John Zoumboulis. I was lready identified with a hearing loss and gave them the paperwork. They were: kind, patient; informative and well versed on their products. Rarely do I write a rave review but these gentleman are outstanding. Lathan from Yes Hearing, who connected me to Roses hearing was so reassuring and knowledgeable. It was also great to be able to budget the cost over two years thanks to CreditCare. Great job Yes.Hearing and Roses!

What made my experiences with Yes Hearing great are Leyla, Tara, and Lathan. I'm sure there are others, but these three gave above and beyond service in their respective areas. The aids are terrific! I just didn't realize what I was missing. God bless you all. Mary O.

My Experience with Yes Hearing was stellar. Leyla in particular made everything from scheduling, testing, fitting and tuning a breeze. She has even checked in several times after everything was complete to make sure all was well.
