The product is great. The additional hazmat charges, that I wasn’t told about before I made the purchase, on top of the High taxes made me take a big gulp in. I need the product so it is what it is.
Response from Xtractor DepotOct 10, 2019
Hi Terri! Thank you for taking the time to leave us feedback on your recent experience! I apologize for the Hazmat fees after purchase. We are working to remedy this situation. If there is anything else we can do for you in the future, please let us know. Thank you!

Good steel. Good prices. And great customer service. Plus, its always nice when a company owner still takes the time to answer questions or help you with this or that. The only downside is they don't have a store in Oregon.
