Hello Avraham, Thank you for letting us know about this concern. I apologize for the inconvenience that occurred. I have looked into this matter to address the situation and your order was received at 1:43pm on Friday afternoon. Our website states Express Overnight orders must be received by 12pm in order to meet the cutoff time for the carriers' pick up times for Express mail. Since the order went out first thing on Monday, we honored the overnight shipping you paid to ensure you received it immediately after it was shipped. In the future, please don't hesitate to give us a call if you need overnight Express for your orders and we will be sure to inform you if the order can make the cutoff time or not. I apologize again for any misunderstanding. Our shipping department emailed you when the order was received to notify you that the order would not be able to be shipped out on Friday afternoon. Hello Ryan, Thank you for expressing your recent experience with us. We are here to make sure all our customers are happy with their purchase and experience with us. An RMA was sent to you to cover the shipping to return back to us just in case the pump was faulty, however after further looking into this matter and receiving your pump back, we have found that your pump is fully functional and performing normally. The return shipment only included the pump and not the additional parts (hoses, kf25, and clamps) that you stated were now the issue after blaming the pump. Unfortunately if an order is placed online without reading the product descriptions, Xtractor Depot is not responsible for the ancillary products you may need to get everything working. Ernie was very respectful and concise to help you troubleshoot any potential issues with the pump. Due to your request of needing the hosing immediately, shipping overnight was the only option you wanted to select and we respected and honored that for you. We do have a return policy that we must follow and abide by since the pump was used. We reduced the restocking fee for you and did everything we could with what was returned back to us to assist you.
