Never received my order
Never received my order. They claimed they were going to add something to my cart. A more expensive piece since they discontinued the cheaper piece that works better. They never sent me a new invoice or shipped the order I paid for weeks ago. Thos place used to be the best. Now its slipping through the cracks as it goes corporate.

hazmat shipping not listed.
Easy ordering process however they called back and said we owed another 50+ dollars for shipping on top of the shipping we already paid. Shipping was pretty steep before the additional 50 dollars so I figured the hazmat charge was already included.
