Company is easy to deal with ships your in a timely manner. Would definitely recommend. On a side note , XTractor Depot would be better served using UPS and NOT Fed Ex.

Delivered as promised. The only reason it's not 5 star, is there was no bulk discount offered.

I showed up at shipping and receiving dock.dude no way of alerting a worker to pick up m yuh package..kind of negative feelings. However went into main office to get dry ice and my tocallo manuel took care of me .and good vibes did ensue. 👌🤪

After thinking Xtractor Depot lied, I have discovered that their 3rd party vendor "Across" baited this transaction with phony claims of next day shipping. Stephanie, I apologize for getting angry and I appreciate your follow through on this. We will work together to make sure this gets made right and doesn't happen to anyone else.

I had an item get lost in transit for about 2 weeks and ordered a second identical item after not being able to ring them on the telephone in 2020. I called the number listed on the top of their page and left a voicemail. It was 2pm on a Friday. I emailed by replying to the agent welcome email you receive after placing an order. The agent never responded. I emailed the main email. No response. Now I have an extra product I don't need and xtractor depot won't respond to emails or voicemails. So I guess I'll keep it. My alternative choice is calling my credit card during coronavirus. I can't imagine how they would treat you if you wanted a refund of a significant amount when I've been ignored for less than $100 bucks. Edit: Less than 9 hours after writing this they called me, left a message, and refunded me. I changed from 2 to 4 stars. Thanks for the refund.

Ordered a SS Buchner funnel. Good product at a good price. Online order was not smooth. Did not receive an e-mail confirmation of the order. Could not print receipt (for business credit card reconciliation). Called 3 times (and left a message) to confirm order and get receipt. No call back. Funnel showed up one week later. Update. Issue resolved. Customer Service has reached out and supplied all the necessary paperwork.
