Took awhile to receive package
Took awhile to receive package, plus shipping was $20 on a small bottle, why don’t you guys ship usps?? My package was ordered over a week ago, could have gotten it from the jungle by horseback by now 😳 #fedexblows

We had the package ready to ship however, no carriers were working on President's Day. Never have an issue selling you stuff...
Never have an issue selling you stuff but are douches over the phone and in person (exception of a few people). Shipping is always a day or two late.

Leakage
The only issue we had, two gallon of the fluid we ordered had leaked out during shipping.

Had my mvp pump for 2 month and told me…
Had my mvp pump for 2 month and told me they where waiting and parts from MVP. I called Tom at mvp and they had all kinds of the selas they needed. I called back and they made a bunch of excuses. So i waited to see how long it would take and it took another 7 weeks.

I ordered 2 items
I ordered 2 items, like i have in the past. They were due to be delivered on Thursday. Only one product was delivered with no update from the company. I called and they assured me it would be shipped yesterday and arrive today(Friday). Mind you I have cheaper options to buy this stuff but I use Xtractor depot for the expedience. Today it didnt arrive and I called in and was told it will arrive Monday. I dont feel this company takes customer service seriously because in a sense they are a monopoly. More of a pseudo monopoly but if u want products wuick they do have a monopoly. Im happy to pay the premium for quicker service. A month or so ago I placed an order with them and they messed up the shipping price. I paid it but apparently it was a mistake on their end. They didnt contact me until the afternoon on the day the order was supposed to arrive and told me once I paid the difference they would send the product. In any other industry this wouldnt fly. I know they know this. Im not a harsh critic at all. Very easy going. This may be the only 2 star rating ive left with any business in the past decade.

product neither shipped nor delivered…
product neither shipped nor delivered in time, multiple useless emals how they care about our business, no any rational reaction on the inquiry when? the only single action - fast and accurate - charging the credit card for their "services". This was the first and last time....
