I ordered a drawing tablet and glove for my son and received 2 cheap fishing reels! The tracking number on my confirmation email matched the fishing reel parcel and I sent them photos of everything but they had to investigate. After a week of back and fourth emails and a dispute lodged with PayPal the admitted fault and said they would send me the items I actually ordered or I can request a refund. I could only receive the items IF I removed the dispute with PayPal. I questioned why I would remove a still valid dispute when I don’t have either the items or a refund and they said the system wouldn’t allow another to be sent if the dispute was active. If this is the service you receive before you get what you ordered and paid for I would hate to see what happens if there is an issue with the items once received. I obviously have now ordered elsewhere and am awaiting a refund through my now escalated PayPal dispute. I will never order from XP pen again and I would strongly recommend to anyone to shop elsewhere!

Great product. Crap customer care as they don't reply to emails.

I'm a person that solely buys online, from clothes to decoration to eletronics. Bought an artist 12 (2nd gen) from Xp-pen. It came deffective, I followed the whole user guide and as I wasn't satisfied with the quality I contacted them via e-mail saying I wanted a refund(money back), we switched e-mails for a whole week, its noteworthy to say that they claim the support to be portuguese but the messages I received looked like they came from the google translate and most of it I couldn't even understand. They always tried to fix the problem but it still didn't work. Each e-mail I sent I said I wanted my money back. In their last e-mail they just said they would give me a new one, I declined saying I wanted my money back and they haven't responded since. I've probably shopped in over 200 brands online and this is BY FAR the worst costumer support ever.

J ai commandé un artiste 12 pro, hélas tablette non autonome ...... il fait un PC. La publicité ne montrait que la tablette seule.. J ai demandé une reprise à xp-pen pas de réponse, pas de réponse non plus pour un échange.....

Concernant les tablettes, pour en avoir acheté une sans écran (deco 2) par le passé et une avec maintenant (12 pro) elles sont excellentes, rien a redire et simple a paramétrer (contrairement a certains commentaires) PARCONTRE ne commander par sur leurs site internet. Incapable d'expédier ma tablette, zero info j'ai du moi même les contacter après un long délai tout ça pour me dire qu'il faut plus d'informations (j'avais mis tt les infos possible, allant jusqu'au numéro de bâtiment et numéro de porte !!). Service client qui met un temps fous pour répondre lorsqu'on demande l'annulation d'une commande ! Acheter les partout mais pas sur leur site

I got a XP-pen 15.6 at the end of 2020, aside from the horrible color quality, the screen started to flashing white and create a very eerie sound that are very uncomfortable for the ear when the screen in on high brightness. I decided to give another shot and bought a XP-pen 12 pro at the start of 2022. Even though it's a downgrade in term of work space, the color is better. 1 year later after using the tablet for less than 20 hours. The screen got into an issue where the screen literally turn white and flashing so badly. I took it to the local xp-pen central (in Viet Nam) for checking and they said that they can't fix it and had to be sent back to the main XP-pen center in another country for fixing, However, according to them, currently the main XP-pen center are not accepting any request for repairing. And forced me to wait for 2 months. It has been 3 month and i has not received any call from the customer support. At this point I just gave up with using Xp-pen product and change to a different brand altogether.

Ordered the Artist 24 which came with screen issues (some green pixels on screen). They sent me another one but this time the adjusting handle wasn't working and it was loose. Very disappointed....

A company of great integrity, with products that rival their competitors at a fraction of the price. I had an initial issue with setting up my XP-Pen 22r Artist pro, as it was the first graphic tablet I had owned, because I had put one USB cable in the wrong place, and the company were so helpful to me, emailing a number of times until the XP was up and running. All my bad, but they were so nice about it and supportive. Now I have set it up properly, I am so happy with the versatility of this 21.5-inch graphic tablet, with 2 red dial wheels and 20 shortcut keys, which makes my drawing experience across different graphic programmes very flexible. I have been able to customise and play with it on Krita, Coral, Adobe Photoshop and GIMP. While this is my first graphic tablet, I am finding the easy way you can adjust the screen to different angles really useful. The unit itself is quite solid and gives me confidence in the fact it is well made. I even got a second spare pen as a bonus. XP-Pen will be my go-to company for products like this in the future because of their price, customer care and superior technology.
