XP-PENReviews of xp-pen.com

I bought a tablet from them. When it arrived it was clearly used and not new, as described. I returned the tablet to them and 4 weeks later have received no refund. I am out of pocket to the tune of £600. I would be very wary of dealing with this company.

Although I like the tablet I bought, a recent software update version for Pentablet, rendered it useless and the support team is awful.

I purchased a Artist Pro 16 (Gen2) which failed to work straight from the box. Technical support said it was a faulty item and needed to be returned for an exchange to be sent out. We recieved an email explaining how to return it, we followed the instructions and posted it. We have sent several emails now to XPPEN and they are not responding. No phone number avalable. ***NOT GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE***

Some time ago I bought a graphics tablet 22r pro unfortunately the product had a defect and I wanted to return it. Unfortunately, the customer service did not meet my expectations as to the return option. They offered invasive solutions without any guarantee, that everything will be fine. The offered proposal to deliver a new tablet and take the old one by courier, they did not agree (and they have such an option) the problem was not solved and I was left alone with the possibility of sending it back, but not receiving a new one or I had to pay 80% of the value of the new one and they would send me to replace it. Of course, there was no guarantee that it would come or refund my money, and reading the reviews of others on the site as to customer service I know that some people have not even received a refund for shipping. As a graphic designer I cannot affort to be left without a graphics tablet so I wanted a quick replacement but I was disappointed and in the end I am forced to buy a new one. so I lost about £400. I am disappointed with the customer service. Products are good, but dealing with service people is tragic.

Absolutely awful experience with this company. Brought my daughter an XP pen pro 13.2 for Christmas. We couldn’t get it working so the tech team were very helpful and quick. They said unfortunately it was faulty. customer service would be in touch. Customer service got back to me about a week and a half later and asked me to return the pad. I would pay for the postage and they would reimburse me. I just had to email them with a tracking number. I did all of this and sent a tracking number and that’s where it all started to go wrong. I sent him several emails over a couple of weeks and heard nothing now I’m. £239 out of pocket plus the £18 I spent returning it , and my daughter who was looking forward to using the artist pad. Now has nothing . Still trying to fight the case.

The USB C driver on the Deco 01 device I purchased stopped working two weeks after it arrived. I have since been going back and forth with 1 technician over the XP Pen website chat and email but they do not write professionally and I don't believe they have raised my problem with their sales team and manager despite promising that I should have received an email from them by now. When chasing this issue last week I was told that 'everyone' in China was on holiday for a week (I guess for new year) so that I could not expect a response - which seems unprofessional or at least an incomplete version of the truth, given my device was able to arrive from Europe within days of purchasing online. I've now begun asking for a refund as I need a device for work and doubt they will follow through with a replacement, as the communications have been so patchy - I need my money back.
