I have a lot of Wyze products and really like them. That being said don't buy directly from Wyze. I have been waiting 4 weeks for a Cam 3. THe order has been in pick/pack status for 2 weeks. Ordered from Amazon and got it in 2 days. There shipping leaves a lot to be desired.

I have 8 Wyze cameras, and while there have been some hiccups, they've been suitable for the price. So I thought I could trust them when they offered COVID test kits at a reasonable price. I ordered five on December 30. On January 6, I received an email with a tracking number, claiming they had shipped. FALSE. As of January 18, the post office hadn't even received them yet. I called and they blamed supply chain delays, but never explained the email claiming they had already shipped. They said they would ship in two to three weeks. I canceled instead. I'll get them for free from the government by then, and can buy more if I want, subject to insurance company reimbursement.

I ordered two home covid test kits Jan 2. At that point, they said the kits would be shipped in four to seven days. Today is Jan. 18. Now they just say a label has been created. No sign of when the kits will ship. I feel totally ripped off. Will never order from them again.

Best camera I have ever purchase the wzye cam V3 is definitely the one for me at under 50 pounds you can not go wrong. Easy set up in under 2 minutes. Brilliant picture is star light technology is amazing. Motion detection brilliant. My camera is mounted on my window seal looking through the window no glare at night it is a brilliant picture. It looks like daytime when it's night time. You can get subscription for under 2 pounds a month what else could you ask for.5 stars all the way. Brilliant interface easy to get around the wonderful app happy happy happy with my purchase highly recommend the wzye cam V3.

I purchased ten of these camera for myself and friends. They offered free web storage. Recently they announced they will not be offering the web storage unless you pay for it. The cameras come semi-crippled unless you pay for the premium per camera offering. I have issues with businesses dipping into my bank account monthly, especially for services they initially offered for free. The night vision works quite well. I have not had the quality issues some have experienced but any questions I have had have fallen on deaf ears.

I’ve been paying for services for two cameras for months. The outdoor camera needed charging so I brought it inside to charge. Two months later and I’ve been unable to get it back online. I’ve followed all of their online instructions and attempted to call their phone for customer service. Their “live” chat is an endless loop and the waiting recording on the phone is an endless loop and never got anyone. I guess you get what you pay for. I’ll be leaving this company behind. Zero customer support.

I placed an order on Dec 26th for Wyze cams, almost instantly received confirmation email when it stating that order should be shipped within 1-3 business days. Nothing has been shipped at provided time frame, I run online business myself with more than 400 orders per day, so I know that delays may happen. I decided to check their general shipping policy when it says that orders may take up to 5 business days to ship, I waited until 5 business days passed and contacted their customer service. Their live chat does not work, telephone was busy, so I emailed them as no other option left. Every reply takes around 1-2 days to hear back. I got pretty much generic response that they are very busy due to high volume of orders and provided a link that should explain when my order should be shipped, the link to....covid tests haha. Customer rep did not even check my order number thinking that Im another annoying customer who is waiting for covid tests to finally shipped out. I replied back asking for explanation, finally got an answer that the cams I ordered are on backorder and should be shipped very soon. After 9 business days still silence, no updates, no tracking number, no communication, nothing. As I said, I run online business and I know the drill. These guys taking orders for items that are out of stock making people wait weeks until shipped, they are probably understaffed and does not have enough packers and warehouse workers to handle orders volumes. Not enough customer service people to answer increased numbers of requests from customers. Overall poorly business operation I must add. I don't think I will ever order anything from this company in the future. If my order will not be shipped in 2 days, I will demand my money back or file a chargeback in worst case scenario.

Absolutely worthless! Spent over 650.00 dollars on such a scam! Don’t do what I did! They sell, sell,sell their products and send emails nonstop and the reality is this is a waste of time and money. I’ve sent countless emails and calls and they are just ignoring me and sending me to 12 different people with no response but to call the customer service number that they refuse to answer? A company like this should never be trusted to handle your Home Security Needs! Firmware doesn’t work....updates cause the cameras to malfunction. SD cards get inoperable. There is never a time when you have no problems. You always will. With the camera cost and exterior skin and sd card each camera will cost 80 dollars. I have purchased 10 😑 such a disappointing product and app with no customer support is what I got suckered for. This company will not be in business with issues like this. Just plain sorry!
