Order 4 window cameras
Order 4 window cameras. Product information online vs. actual product completely different. Every step of setup involves several subscriptions. These products were SOLD as not needing subscription. I was unable to setup as described with no subscription. I received 4 cameras today and I'm returning 4 cameras tomorrow. Don't waste your time or money. Nothing as advertised!!!

Hi Michele, we understand why you’re disappointed after ordering four cameras and finding that the setup experience did not match the product information you relied on. A subscription is not required for the Window Cam’s local 24/7 recording when a compatible microSD card is installed, but cloud Event videos and some advanced features do require a Wyze service plan. The setup flow may also present a Cam Plus trial or subscription prompt, and we’re sorry that distinction was not clear. If you purchased directly from Wyze, you can start a return within 30 days through www.wyze.com/pages/returns-portal. Once the cameras are received and processed, the refund will be issued to the original payment method; original shipping charges are not refundable.
