I bought a pool cleaner from Wybotpool and it ended up being a waste. The unit stopped working within months, and when I tried to get support or a warranty replacement - I got nothing. Responses to emails or calls were slow or completely absent. The cleaner rarely did a proper job: battery didn't last enough, cleaning cycles were too short, and it often failed to return to the charger automatically as advertised. Overall, it felt like I paid good money for a product that died too quickly - and the company didn't give a damn once they had my purchase.

The Wybot is so easy to use. I have a pool that is 15ft x 20ft and 5ft deep (no shallow end) so I purchased the C1. I live in Florida, swim year around, and the pool is not caged so I really needed to clean the pool more than the once a week professionally cleaning. I use the Wybot about 3 times a week. I just drop it in along the side and it cleans for two hours and my pool looks great. My filter is also staying cleaner. It's easy to remove and clean. I am now thinking of purchasing the skimmer

Achat reçu il y a de ça 3 semaines, correspond à mes attentes! Le carton était un peu endommagé mais à l’intérieur nickel!

Horrible CS and charges you to return a heavy product

Produit inutile, ne nettoie pas la piscine. J’ai acheté le C2 vision, il ne voit absulment rien, il passe entre les saletés (feuilles d’érables) au lieu de les aspirer. Il doit être appelé C2 blind ou C2 stupid

J'ai fait l'achat d'un robot sur ce site et le filtre de mon robot est déjà abîmé donc je demande au site wybot si ils vendent ces accessoires et ils me disent que Non et que si je souhaite avoir un filtre il faut que je renvoie le robot complet 🤣🤣 mais ils marchent sur la tête..... Du grand n'importe quoi vendre des robots et même pas capable d'avoir des accessoires de remplacement. Donc un conseil n'achetez pas leurs robots !!!!

Just bought a new wybot pool cleaner in Australia. The user guide tells me to download the app in order to set the cleaning cycles- but using their link, the app cannot download as says my iPhone needs version 17.0- which hasn’t been released yet. So I’m stuck with a Wybot that starts cleaning my walls when all I want is the pool floor
