Have a F1 skimmer and a S2 Solar
Have a F1 skimmer and a S2 Solar. F1 has been the very best investment for sure, highly recommend!!!! I previously had a standard S2 and had a issue with it staying connected to wireless signal but support was AMAZING!! Not only did they remotely try to diagnose but upgraded me to a S2 Vision as a replacement which as been working flawlessly. Appreciate the customer service!!!!

fonction sans soucie
je suis à une saison pleine avec un lavage tous les 3 jours je suis très content du Wybotpool. programme facile à faire. La charge est pour ma part un peu longue, mais cela me dérange pas puisqu'il ce fait pendants la nuit. Et ce n'est pas fini.

Outstanding customer support and completely new replacement units!
I have been using the Wybot robotic pool cleaner for a while, and it has been working brilliantly, making pool maintenance completely hassle-free. Recently, I unfortunately encountered a hardware issue with both the solar dock and the cleaner itself. However, my experience with the WYBOT support team—especially Lin—completely exceeded my expectations. They handled my warranty claim professionally, communicated clearly, and quickly shipped a replacement after checking the returned units. To my absolute delight, I received completely brand new replacement units, not just repaired ones. Everything arrived safely and is now working like a charm. This seamless warranty process and proactive approach truly confirmed to me that choosing WYBOT was a fantastic decision. Highly recommended both for their products and their top-tier customer service!

I had a wybot S2 that broke within the…
I had a wybot S2 that broke within the warranty period and the company replaced it right away with a brand new wybot C2.. Then just before my 2 year warranty was up the the C2 broke and they replaced that TOO with a brand new C2 unit. Super satified.

I had an issue with my Robot and the…
I had an issue with my Robot and the Customer Service Engineer (Emma) went above and beyond to provide a resolution. I worked with her for several days to try and repair my robot. We were ultimately not successful and Emma had a replacement unit sent to my home. This process all occurred in less than 3 weeks. Emma was extremely thoughtful and caring. Her customer service skills are unmatch. WYBOT truly honors their warranty policy and they have a great team on hand to support their customers. This is a great company to do business with.

I purchased a c1 August 19
*** Update: Wybot reached out to me and replaced the robot quickly. Susan was so helpful and kind. Changing my review as the cleaner really works well and I’m pleased. I purchased a c1 August 19, 2025 from Amazon. Exactly a year to the day it stopped working. It won’t pick up anything and doesn’t hold charge. I reached out to Wybot via their customer service line and sent an email, nothing response. I would not recommend a Wybot they don’t last and customer service is poor.

Attenzione al cliente e assistenza fantastica da parte di Wybot
Le mie 5 stelle sono più che meritate per l'eccellente assistenza ricevuta dal supporto Wybot per ben due volte e mi spiego. Nell'agosto 2025 ho acquistato sul sito ufficiale eu.wybotpool.com un robot Wybot C2 che dopo circa due mesi ha cominciato a presentare problemi nella pulizia delle pareti lato corto della mia piscina in pvc fuori terra. Segnalati all'area supporto, mi sono state fornite indicazioni che purtroppo non hanno sortito alcun effetto. A seguito di ciò Wybot si è subito premurata di ritirare il robot, inviandomene uno nuovo in sostituzione, arrivato nel giro di una settimana. A fine luglio di quest'anno anche il secondo Wybot C2, ancora in garanzia, ha cominciato a presentare lo stesso problema del primo, che ho puntualmente segnalato all'area supporto che subito si è detta disponibile a sostituirmelo. Cosa che anche questa volta è avvenuta celermente, tanto che oggi mi è stato consegnato un nuovo Wybot C2.
