Advertencia: Nula atención postventa
Comprado hace menos de un año y ya no carga ni funciona. Debería estar en garantía pero como la forma de contactar es correo o teléfono estadounidense y no recibes respuesta ninguna estás completamente perdido. Además es una empresa con mucho producto en el mercado por lo que recomiendo altamente no comprar nada de esta marca o estaréis sujetos a la suerte y no parece que abunde entre los que compramos el producto.

Købte en WYBOT M1 med sol panel til…
Købte en WYBOT M1 med sol panel til opladning, og fik den leveret slut juli 2023. Der har været problemer med sol panel siden modtagelsen, og sol paneler lader ikke robotten op. Blev lovet en udskiftning men har endnu ikke hørt noget konkret fra WYBOT, og ny har kontaktpanel taget vand ind, så hele robotten er i stykker. Det er helt umuligt at komme i dialog med WYBOT og har nu en totalt ubrugelig robot efter under 10 måneders brug.

Postventa no contesta, un desastre!
El robot de limpieza de piscina funciona muy mal, el servicio de postventa no contesta y no se hacen cargo de los múltiples problemas de cientos de usuarios. Una auténtica vergüenza. Gaste casi 600€ para que funciona un par de meses, luego se rompió y no se responsabilizan de su error de diseño.

Producto con problemas y no responden
Compré a través de Kickstarter el año paso un robot de piscina que prometía mucho y para este verano ya no se enciende. Estamos así casi todos los patrocinadores y nos responden con evasivas. Finalmente, me enviaron otro modelo de numeración inferior, por lo que mejoró sustancialmente la respuesta.
