the unit quit working after 3 months. I called Wybot customer service 3 times and after a long wait, the system hung up all 3 times. I sent two emails to customer service for repair and have been completely ignored. I do not recommend anyone purchase this product.

Wybot, please contact me urgently, my pool cleaner has stopped working after 6 months. I have lodged an email twice and sent a second chat request without any human response. Give me a number to call so we can sort out the warranty repair please? You have my multiple ticket requests in your system which has my phone number. Thanks, Steve Connor

tutto bene fin che il Robot da piscina funziona, ma poi, al primo intoppo si salvi chi può! Wybot A1 acquistato a mezzo Amazon a luglio 2024, robot arrivato e fin da subito ne sono stato contento, con un ciclo da 120min di autonomia riusciva a pulire perfettamente il fondo della piscina (intex 488*122cm rotonda), anche dopo un temporale riuscendo a raccogliere foglie, polvere alghe ecc, la cosa a mio avviso gli riusciva anche bene vista la presenza di 2filtri, cosa che molti altri robot sotto ai 200euro non hanno, a fine stagione è stato lavato accuratamente e riposto in garage,c on anche l'accuratezza durante la stagione invernale di andarlo a ricaricare come scritto sul manuale, lo stesso è stato per la stagione 2025 usato regolarmente lavato e riposto a fine stagione e ricaricato 2/3 volte nel corso dell'inverno per mantenere le batterie sane.. vado a riprenderlo a inizio giugno per metterlo all'opera, carico la batteria che cmq segnava di essere carica lo immergo e dopo 5min di lavoro si ferma a metà piscina, si blocca e si spegne, ho fatto diversi tentativi, cosi che essendo in garanzia fino a luglio 2026 legalmente in Italia, provo a cercare assistenza su Amazon che tuttavia ti rimanda al sito del produttore, allora con tutti i dati alla mano come Nr ordine ecc scrivo all'assistenza, mi risponde una certa Lucy dopo 3 gg chiedendomi più info e se fosse possibile avere foto e video per passare al reparto tecnico tutte le info, provvedo a mandare tutte le info dettagliate, foto e video alla suddetta Lucy che ad oggi dopo oltre 6gg risulta latitante.. ho mandato una mail di sollecito ma come immaginavo nulla.. e il modello A1 è ancora in commercio con un prezzo di 190euro circa.. assistenza Clienti pessima, pochissimi ricambi disponibili online.. sperate di non averne mai di bisogno..

I bought a Wybotpool pool clear hoping to make my life easier, but in reality, it just brought a lot of extra headaches. I'm giving it two stars only because it actually did a decent job of cleaning the pool floor during the first couple of weeks. After that, the issues started piling up.

I bought a pool cleaner from Wybotpool and it ended up being a waste. The unit stopped working within months, and when I tried to get support or a warranty replacement - I got nothing. Responses to emails or calls were slow or completely absent. The cleaner rarely did a proper job: battery didn't last enough, cleaning cycles were too short, and it often failed to return to the charger automatically as advertised. Overall, it felt like I paid good money for a product that died too quickly - and the company didn't give a damn once they had my purchase.

Funded their Kickstarter campaign for their solar unit. It was not sealed properly and failed within 2 months, they sent a free replacement of the same unit, which quit charging after another 2 months. I told them I didn't want the same unit over again, so they sent me a cheaper model that was equivalent to the Kickstarter price, it lasted one year before the on-off button quit functioning. Poor quality control, and customer service takes weeks for answers. I'm switching to another brand.
