WOW!Reviews of wowway.com

Super shady company. I spoke with a local door to door salesman. I told him that I might possibly be interested. He took down some of my information and the next thing that I know is that he just went ahead and signed me up. I haven’t even had an install and have called the company many times, but I still seem to have an account. Avoid this company any way you can!

STOP!!! If you are reading this, Turn back!! Do not subscribe to this illegitimate mongoloid of a company's service. WOW wont bend you. They break you!! Leaving you screaming, "WOW!!! What a jack legged moron I was when I agreed this company." They are a Void. Absquatulate now. Seriously.... RUN away from WOW!!!

If I could give zero stars I would. Called to cancel. Person on the phone did her job and tried to keep me by discounting. I declined. She advised that I wouldn't get my next bill and turned auto pay off. A week later I see a bill come through and mark it as fraud. Now I get a bill in the mail with a return payment fee......they said they can't adjust my bill since my account is closed ......but I was billed for the previous month and didn't get the bill until the current month without advisement. So now I have to pay $103 instead of $73. What a joke. Glad I cancelled. Mediocre wifi and crap policies.

If I could give them a minus -0 I would. This is the worst company that I have given my money to. Service was sorry as well as customer service reps. They were not well informed or trained. Rudest people to real with. They lie and commit fraud. I'm glad to get away from wow. For the last couple of years I had to call them about three times a month for my service being out. They never prorated my bill. It kept going up.

Outages! All you’re going to experience are outages. This company and the service is terrible. I definitely don’t recommend this service if you work from home. It takes me forever to upload my footage for work.Wowway has to it’s service and hidden fees.

Constant slow internet speeds. Dropped signal. Chronic issues.

Horrid, my mom bought this and after a few days, the price was raised and then we canceled and got hit with a cancelation fee and then a failure to return equipment fee literally 2 days after canceling. HORRIBLE

Garbage company. Youll talk to a nice helpful person when you buy their service. When you call to cancel expect someone who doesnt speak english, months of additional billing, and a DNA sample to verify your account before they pretend to cancel it and you get even more billing.
