I had wow internet around the time of coivd. They had to send me a new internet box because the one I had they said it was out of date. They sent me a new box and told me to throw the old one away because they couldn't talkw it back because of covid. So I did . I had talked to them a year or 2 ago and said they would take care of it . 6 years later they are trying to charge me for a box they told me to throw away. They have reported to my credit report and it went down 47 points. I dont understand why it went down so much. Wow internet should not be aloud to get away with screwing people over. Is there something I can do about this. They said since they have no record of them telling me to throw it away I have to pay for it .

Excellent experience!! The salesperson who came to my door described everything perfectly. My internet bill was decreased and my speeds were exactly what I pay for. The tech that came through was professional and he set up my house with an extra booster which brought signal to the upstairs. If I could give 10 stars. 10/10.

I would not recommend WOW to anyone this is the WORST company customer service is poor, the people thy have working for them have no knowledge of what they are doing. My internet went out on Saturday morning I called them about 10 times talked to 10 different people and believe it or not my services are still down they tried to give me a $ 15 credit on my account I flipped out and gave her the BUSINESS. WOW count your days!!

The worst and most expensive compay. Needed to talk to a representative. I'm bed ridden, they want me get up and unplug the TV. Oh my goodness

Received text message and email stating I'm past due and service will be disrupted and there is no balance. Called customer service and was told it was sent in error. I work from home so I depend on Internet service. Get it together Wow!

One the most inconsiderate companies I've seen in my lifetime. I would not subscribe to their service even if it were free!

I am due a refund from WOW and can't get it. They say I should receive an email from a company called North Lane which I did not receive. They say there's nothing they can do and that I need to contact North Lane. Apparently North Lane issues the debit cards for refunds and the only way you can contact North Lane is with the debit card number which I never received. Round and round we go. They don't have a problem taking my money with auto withdrawal, but can't auto credit back to that account.

Long time customer because our park doesn't give us another option. A nightmare from day one. NOTHING is done as requested. ALWAYS a problem. Fixing billing issues - ALWAYS In Wow's favor of course - takes call after call after call. And still takes weeks/months to resolve. I loathe Wow with every fiber of my being.
