My experience with WOW was great. The salesperson explained everything in very descriptive detail and answered all of my questions/concerns. The installation was completed within 24 hours and I was up and running the next morning. The installation tech was very knowledgeable and guided me in the most optimal positioning of the equipment. He answered all of my questions and guided me through the app setup process.

I worked for Knology before wow acquired them. We got rid of contractors and did everything in house, and did a really good job at it once we got rid of some bad apples. I got shafted over some BS. Then it sold to wow, here come the contractors again that could care less.

Wow does not have a physical address in Columbus where I can talk to customer service. I have been receiving roboticphone calls harassing phone calls for over a month concerning updating my payment card. First of all I don’t need Wow to remind me that my car needs updating, but I listened anyway now that the card is updated Wow is still sending me harassing phone calls more than one after anotherI speak to customer service and they tell me that I won’t receive any more harassing phone calls five minutes later I receive the same robotic call. I have tears in my eyes. I am very upset because the robot keeps calling me and calling me and calling me in my area There are no other Internet services so I am stuck. I am absolutely STUCK with Wow!!!…. I asked for two or three dollars off my bill for emotional abuse, but they put me on hold and after holdinghung up on me instead!!!

Horrible service. Intermittent internet for a month and a half called service so many times no help we tried everything we replaced everything service guy came out pretty much did nothing, didn't help at all charged us for a service call. Their solution sent out a tech. well okay let's keep sending out techs and charging us that's the solution they give me. Our service goes out every 5 to 25 minutes and they think that's okay. They don't think they should give us a courtesy reimbursement because it hasn't been out for 24 hours.. never mind it goes out more than 24 times in a day for a month and a half but that's not enough to warrant their interest. Let's just keep going around this circle and taking our money for service they're not providing. I'm done.

was a customer for 15 yrs & had some problems with my email. I found out the system was not being manged like it should so I canceled. Wow charged me for another month. I was not under contract, saying they needed a 30 day notice. They stole from me. Find another company, these people are not reputable or professional.

Got sent to collections. Received 1 email, I overlooked, next thing I knew, 2 months later, They sent me to collections. Not paying out of spite. Dont need the credit. We had moved and received nothing in the mail.

We had wow for almost 15 years and they went down in service almost every year. And an increase in price. Almost every year they started off phenomenally good and then ended up spectacularly bad. I recently went back to see if I should go to them and their salesperson was well a liar

Easy to sign in - great speeds when it works. Try and call them when you are having problems, like ZERO INTERNET. You will have to sit and wait God knows how long. Worst yet, try their chat on line in the OFFICIAL website. Waited like 5 minutes and then they have to verify you. (I AM TRYING TO CHAT WITH YOU FROM YOUR OWN WEB SITE, for which I already entered a user/password) - You have to give them your account number, pin number, exact amount of last payment and its date, and last of your SS#. Then after 15 minutes Vincent tells me is my fault for not doing a manual EERO update required. It is the worst! And of course he cut me by stopping my internet to do update. How about tell the 70-year-old that you are going to do that?
