Any issue I have had, has been due to server upgrades. I have always had the issue resolved within a few hours and it has always been easy for me. 5 Stars easy!

Well here is the deal, if a product does what you bought it for, that's good. If it does it well that's even better. If it make it fast and easy and is dependable That is Great! I have used WinX for years, and it had copied everything I threw at it, but I did an upgrade, something failed, probably me. Not expecting anything I sent a letter to customer support, and to my surprise got almost immediate response, not only with a solution to my problem, but with assurances that since I was a valued customer could expect continued support. I was surprised and delighted, customer support as you would expect it to be.. I say Good JOB.

I purchased WinX DVD Ripper for Mac in 2013 and over the years used it many time to create back-ups for my DVDs. I started having a problem with playing back the ripped copies and contacted customer service about this issue. I was very impressed with how well they responded and addressed my concerns. We communicated by email a few times - I received a reply from them within a few hours to each of my messages. They fixed the problem by sending me a new DVD Ripper for free, which has been working flawlessly. Great customer service - Thank you!!

Some months ago I purchased the DVD ripper and got a free copy of the converter. Both of which are really good pieces of software. BE CAREFUL though as the free converter will suddenly start directing you to upgrade and taking you to the company website to do so. If you do, your copy is replaced with a 5 min limited version and then they tell you you aren't allowed to upgrade and have to pay £30 to buy the full version. I've even pulled a pre-updated version of the App from my time machine back-up, but that is also now been amended to 5 minutes only. It's a real shame that they do this as the Ripper and the Converter are great and I WAS happily recommending them to others - though not anymore *updated post. I've just edited this as in my original I called it a 'scam' but I'm not sure whether this a deliberate tactic or just poor customer support coupled with what seems to be 'English as a 2nd language' issues. All I want is my original pre-update converter back

TWO DAYS AGO I PURCHASED WIN DVD RIPPER FROM DIGIARTY SOFTWARE I HAD TROUBLE WITH DOWNLOADING THE LICENSE AND E MAIL ADDRESS BUT AS SOON AS I NOTIFIED THEM OF MY PROBLEM THEY TOOK A ( I FELT) A PERSONAL INTERESTED IN MY PROBLEM OVER A TWO DAY PERIOD WE SPOKE AND THEY DID NOT STOP TRYING TO SOLVE MY PROBLEM UNTIL IT WAS SOLVED , KUDOS ,AND CONGRATULATIONS FOR A JOB WELL DONE , I WAS MORE THEN SATISFIED AT THEIR PERSISTENTS, AND SURPRISED AT THEIR LEVEL OF CARE I RECIEVED ON A PRESONAL LEVEL . AWESOME SOFTWARE I was sceptical as I have used many things in the past, free, paid and demo products. THIS IS AMAZING. So far I have done almost 44 DVDs (out of possibly 1800) and so far only one has given me questionable results - it may be a setting I need to check or change. I will not hold this against the company. I've had no need to contact them as yet for any form of technical support so cannot comment on the process. Those people that have slagged off the company need their head looking at with a microscope to see if they actually have a brain. It is the easiest software I have used. I am not a novice by any means but nor an expert. The 5-minute rip claim must be on an 8th or 9th generation Intel / AMD processor but mine only takes 1/2 an hour per disk. Still, I cannot complain compared to other software that was also paid that took 2 1/2 hours per disk KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK!

Awful. Do not buy from these people. They offer a 30 day money back peace of mind guarantee on the DVD Ripper. When I got it, it would not rip the whole of my DVDs, only the first few minutes. Their technical support made suggestions, all of which I tried and none of which worked. So I deleted the software and asked for my money back. They have simply argued and argued and don't want to make a refund. Update: immediately after I wrote this review, the company contacted me offering a refund provided I amended my review. I have now had the refund. And by adding this update, I am fulfilling my side of the arrangement - I have hereby amended the review.
