Your programs are amazing, and we wish you all the success and good luck, O Raba'a.

Purchased the product last year. Was good for what I needed it for. Didn't realize it was on auto-renewal, and didn't see the email they said they sent out 1 week prior. As soon as they charged my card, I contacted them, explained the problem, and asked for a refund (and I have turned off auto-renewal). After several emails, I did get the full refund. Just note that the product is on auto-renewal, so be sure to take it off auto-renewal if you won't need it in the future.

Good service and good product. Would like to see Blu ray ripping/bit more development but no complaints.

I don't use this software too often, but it has usually performed great for me. The last time I tried to use it after the latest update, I encountered an error. I sent the error log to Customer Service and they responded quickly with a suggested fix that resolved the problem. The only thing better than having software that works flawlessly is having great customer support when it doesn't. It appears that Digiarty has that!

Decent program with simple operation. Doesn't get 5* as I've had discs that fail which rip elsewhere first time. I've also had issues getting subtitles with this program and use an alternate for subtitled discs. For the vast majority of everything I've tried though, this is simple to use, fast to work and gives quality results. To be fair, support have always responded within a day when I have had an issue, and I'm sure they would have helped find a solution to my problems if I hadn't have simply used something else. They were kind enough to offer a refund if it did not meet my needs. I did not request the refund and continue to use the product, which is my vote of confidence. A recommendation then, but its not guaranteed for all discs at all times!

I downloaded the ripper but didn't put the code in correctly. You have to put the hyphen inbeetween . It was all my fault because I do not really know the ins and outs of a computer. The ripper works great. But please know how to work a computer before you download their product.

Excellent - does everything I expect and need
