Their software is garbage, you'll get better results just using MakeMKV, and they do NOT stand by their "30-day money back guarantee" that they advertise on their site. I used it for one day, uninstalled it after I realized how useless it is, and requested a refund. They denied the refund, without providing any actual reasoning. Terrible customer service, with a product to match.

Five stars are rightly deserved! I recently experienced my first issue with the program and reported it to support. Their response turnaround time was fantastic. A special call-out to Adam M., who stuck with me until the problem was completely resolved. Great product and excellent technical support staff!

What a waste of time. Tried the free version. Worked fine able to download rip and play DVDs via USB in my car DVD player. So naturally paid for the full version. Now it took 4 different back and fourth tech settings to get it to even download on the computer as playable file.. after this. I emailed the support team. They have just run me around in circles asking to confirm what I have already done. Gave me the ai upgrade. Wouldn't even download the computer with that version!! Now I am demanding my money back as part of the 30 day money back guarantee and they refuse to acknowledge this!!! Rubbish!! Do not buy!!

Le logiciel fait très bien son travail. Par contre lorsque j’ai souhaité annuler le renouvellement automatique le bouton proposé n’est pas actif. Le renouvellement a donc été fait, j’ai ensuite fait une demande de remboursement (l’option « impossible d’annuler le renouvellement automatique » existe!) qui m’a été refusé. Je découvre dans le même temps que non seulement j’ai été prélevée deux fois, pour deux licences différentes mais que c’était déjà le cas l’année dernière. Donc un très bon produit si vous souhaitez vous engager pour la vie mais si vous voulez vous désengager c’est une autre histoire.

I'm in the process of ripping my dvd collection of movies and personal recordings to put on my Plex server. Occasionally, a scratch or some other anomaly will occur. This software amazingly will try to correct it. I'm impressed with the response I received from customer support to help in resolving the issue. They are amazing too! Great software and support!

I've used WinX and WinXAI for a number of years and in general terms, I've been very pleased with this software. I mostly use it for conversion and adjustment of video files, but also some downloading from the Internet. The system upgrades have been very welcome and the technical assistance I received today (for a minor issue that was bothering me), really helpful. I certainly recommend WinXAI.

This is a great product and the support from Adam was quick and prompt. Interface is easy to use with options to download to different formats. You will not be disappointed
