I was with HostGator and experiencing significant routine performance issues - made worse by poor responses from their elusive customer service. Since switching to Winhost I have had zero issues. My site comes up instantly every time. I was also able to eliminate a costly 3rd party email service as my Winhost plan supports much greater SMTP capability than HG.

After losing a shared server with a friend of mine, I needed something that would work with what I had. I was able to transfer my site and subdomains with no problems. smooth as silk. A visitor wouldn't have even known there was a switch, there was no down time.
