Hi Alek, it sounds like you would benefit from a dedicated or managed SQL server, which isn't something we offer at the moment, I'm afraid. Shared hosting isn't really meant for large database applications (and a 5+GB database is still large, even these days). For what it's worth, we do not claim or imply that database space is unlimited. MS SQL database servers are very expensive to spin up and maintain (look up the Microsoft SPLA licensing fees, you'll be surprised), so we would never lead anyone to believe that they could - or should try to - host an extremely large database at Winhost. That's not really what the platform was built to do. Sorry if there was any misunderstanding there. I tried to look up your support history, but we don't have anyone named Alek Fej in the customer database, so I can't comment on any support responses you may have received.
