The sign-up process was incredibly easy and fast. Their user control is simple to use. Their customer service is quick! I sent out a support ticket around 10EST, got a response within the hour. The price is amazing too.

I believe that Winhost is the best hosting provider but sometimes, the IIS service seems keep restarting

Ahmad, thanks for calling us the best hosting provider. We agree. :) When you say, "the IIS service" seems to restart, I assume you mean your application pool. IIS typically doesn't restart unless the server restarts. If your application pool is recycling more than you'd like it to, open up a support ticket and we can help you troubleshoot that. There are a lot of things that can cause that.

I joined Winhost to move a standalone server that has existed for 19 years, JCSM.com. In the process, I also have created Budjay.com. Both of these are Classic ASP sites accessing Access Databases. In themselves these are real challenges to find these days. In the transition, I had need of tech support multiple times, and the Winhost techies really shown. I am completely satisfied, and look forward to being here for 19 more years!
