We review Knowledge Base articles every week. There are a lot of articles so working through all of them takes a bit of time, but we have a rotating system and no article goes more than a year without a review and update (where necessary). We're constantly updating, adding and deleting articles.

I have been working with winhost since 5 years ago, in all that time I have had no more that 3 unscheduled downtime. The service is great and they respond to support tickets really quick. A great service for the correct price.
