Thank you for your feedback. We’re glad your migration to Winhost went smoothly, though we’re sorry the email experience did not meet your expectations. We do include basic spam filtering features at no additional cost, including server-side filtering and optional greylisting. The additional service referenced is an optional enterprise spam filtering platform for customers who need enhanced filtering, quarantine management, and protection against modern spam and phishing attacks. We also support customers who prefer to use external email providers such as Gmail or Microsoft 365 with their domain. We understand that hosting providers package email services differently, and we appreciate your perspective. We wish you the best moving forward whereever you decide to host.

We are sorry to hear that you are having some issues. Please note that we have help documentation in our knowledge base at https://support.winhost.com. We also have a Forum at https://forum.winhost.com where you can ask questions and our staff/customers can help. We also have our Technical Support team available to answer questions - open up a ticket through the Helpdesk at https://support.winhost.com. Just log in with your control panel credentials. If you can't do this, you can email the tech support team directly. We have all this support information on our website at https://www.winhost.com/support/customer-support.aspx and there is a link to this page on every page of our website. We do not see a support ticket from you. Please let us know your issues and we can help.

I'm sorry to hear you are having issues with your password. I did not see any help tickets submitted regarding this issue. Please contact our support department and they can help and include which password you are referring to. We review Knowledge Base articles every week. There are a lot of articles so working through all of them takes a bit of time, but we have a rotating system and no article goes more than a year without a review and update (where necessary). We're constantly updating, adding and deleting articles.
