Great Customer Service
I recently placed an order in response to an email offer for Labor Day and forgot to apply the discount when checking out. I wrote and asked for help and Jennifer was so very supportive and assisted me with sorting out my errors. I was able to cancel my erroneous order and reenter one correctly and Jennifer assisted me all along the way. I am looking forward to receiving and enjoying my wine order and am especially appreciative of Jennifer's help and the outstanding customer service she provided to me. I highly recommend doing business with Wine Insiders. They are clearly a company that cares about their customers.

I have used them for over a year with…
I have used them for over a year with no problems. The orders came in a day or two. The last 2 times I ordered were horrible! The first order came over a week late. I sent many emails telling them to cancel it but they said I would have to pay a fee. The wind did finally come but very late. I figured I would give them another chance thinking it was a fluke thing, but the same thing happened. I spoke to someone on the phone, another country, and they said they would get back to me, but never did. I did finally get it cancelled and my money returned but took 2 weeks for the whole process. They should not take the money out of your account until the order is shipped. I will go to a new company. Not worth the aggravation. I would NOT recommend!!!

My order didn’t register the discount code so Aileen was kind enough to apply the discount afterwards. She was fast and efficient in handling my issue with complete professionalism. I always recommend wine insiders partly due to the excellent support and amazing selection, not to mention the fantastic discounts.

I had a great deal of trouble getting…
I had a great deal of trouble getting the website to let me place my order. Possibly because I had just changed my address to another state. Anyway, the fellow who helped me from Wine Insider was very helpful and I was finally successful.

Excellent company
I love wine insiders and have been a long term customer since the start of the pandemic, when I needed a delivery wine, and then have stuck with them ever since due to the amazing prices and qualities of the wine.
