I ordered wine and it was supposedly delivered end of September then it said it was being returned to sender. (Maybe the delivery guy dropped it thats fine) then I get notification its ready October 5 snd they said its been there since Oct 2nd. Then it was supposed to be delivered at latest 145pm still no wine.

I live in Massachusetts, and they consistently have many wines that are not available to ship to MA. Today they posted a cellar closeout sale. Out of the 18 offered wines, 8 were not available to ship to MA. This has been a problem for quite some time, with the New York warehouse not stocking many of their wines. For example, there was a big problem with Rosé wines during the summer.

This is extremely cheap wine with essentially unethical marketing. It is designed to maximize profits at the expense of new or inexperienced wine drinkers. Think of it as knockoff barefoot wine or box wines with less sophistication.

I canceled/postponed the new shipment twice, never received confirmation email about it, and the order was still sent and I was charged for something I didn’t want. Customer service was not helpful as well as their website. I’m so upset. When I logged in directly in the website, I couldn’t find where to cancel the new shipment. When I tried through the email I received saying I could manage the new shipment, then I was able to postponed it. I don’t understand how they didn’t get that!!! Terrible service

I would actively avoid this Company. They advertise "Fast Delivery" with " industry-leading order processing [that] allows for all orders received by 1:00 to ship the same day." FALSE. It's a joke, since they have a "fine print" shipping policy that basically undoes this promise. I ordered wine for a trip, assuming they would do what they say. Unfortunately everything went wrong and there were delays on delays on delays. Needless to say, I never actually received the wine. Their customer service is abysmal. I've had more productive conversations with a wall. They send you the "real policy" which is completely inconsistent with what they advertise. Never again.

DO NOT BUY FROM THEM! THEY CAN ONLY SHIP MY ORDER AFTER A WEEK AND I CANNOT CANCEL IT THE DAY I ORDERED UNLESS I PAY A $25 FEE! WHAT A SCAM?!

I just tried to take advantage of the Memorial Day sale which says if you order any 15 bottles of wine you will receive a 50% discount at checkout. That was not happening for me. I contacted their customer service and was informed that the wines I was ordering were not eligible for a discount. So much for the ad stating ANY. Customer service also stated that they would inform marketing for future sales. But they have been doing this almost one year maybe even longer anytime I will order during one of their sales the discount ever applies to my orders. That is why I have not purchased one from them and almost a year. Don't do false advertising and think it is acceptable.
