Quick, friendly service.

Recently FedEx mistakenly picked up my WineInsiders Box from Walgreens. Walgreens was not able to resolve the problem nor could FedEx. WineInsiders, who picked up the phone immediately when I called, resolved the problem during a four minute telephone conversation with their Customer Service personnel. This is one among many of the reasons I continue to recommend WineInsiders to others.

Wine insiders not only has the best deals but also is respectful of their clients. I recently had a shipment and one of the bottles was completely smashed. I called to inform them and they added a credit for it to my account for future use even though I didn’t have the insurance on this shipment.

Wine Insiders have great prices and fast delivery. Sometimes I call to order so I can get suggestions from them. Never had a problem. The only problem is with FedEx. Sometimes their service is terrible. The don't like to deliver to me on a Saturday, and then say I wasn't home. I highly recommend to everyone, if you want great tasting wine at reasonable prices, Wine Insiders is the place to call.

I ordered a wine shipment which was damaged in transit and automatically returned to Wine Insiders. Because I was going to be out of town for an extended period of time, I contacted Wine Insiders to not reship the order until I got back. When I called them again to reship the order, they indicated that several bottles in my order weren't currently available, so I cancelled the original order and placed a new order. When the free magnum wasn't added to my new order, I contacted Wine Insiders again and they were able to manually add the magnum to my order. The customer service I received during this whole process was quick and very helpful.

Was just checking on my order and since they had a huge 50% off 15 or more, it's going to take a couple extra day. No problem, I've ordered a few years now and always received great service from them.

These people are very helpful- they listen to you and respond in a way that lets you know they want your business !

I had a health condition that required cancelation of my subscription. The person I spoke with did not make me feel bad for doing so, in fact he genuinely seemed to wish me the best. He was quick, professional and courteous, and he made me not feel so bad about something I really didn't want to do. I am grateful for customer service such as what I received here.
