My ordered contents were damaged while in transit. I contacted wine insiders and was given the option to either receive a refund or have the order replaced. The Wind Insiders representative was courteous and competent. I suggested that it would be great if either FedEx or Wine Insiders contact the customer of the damaged delivery instead of the customer tracking down the issue.

I had to call to get my order sent, because fedex broke the glass and they don't contact wine insiders to resend to customer. When I spoke to the person, they took care of the reorder quickly.But I don't think the client should have to do all the work of reordering when FedEx damaged it.

FedEx damaged (dropped?) my case of wine. nothing else happened for 4 days so I called customer service at WI. They have ordered a replacement with expedited shipping!

I had a great deal of trouble getting the website to let me place my order. Possibly because I had just changed my address to another state. Anyway, the fellow who helped me from Wine Insider was very helpful and I was finally successful.
