Wine Enthusiast kept me updated and informed on the progress of the order and when to expect delivery. What a help for planning on this end! The delivery men were extremely courteous and neat. They picked up all packaging leaving no work for us.

We were told the item was in stock and it was not. We had to wait an extremely long time for our product. Then the shipping company was horrible to work with.

If I could give zero stars I would. As poor an experience as you’d ever get. Poor product, worse communication and zero customer care or support. We ordered a replacement wine cooler, for one that crapped out after just 5 years. After 5 weeks, all I had was a charge on my card. Nothing else. A series of emails, offering credits for inconvenience, expediting the delivery and other promises only lead to - nothing. Promises made and not delivered on, seems to be the company motto. Spend a little more and get a better product and a company that gives a damn. Wine Enthusiast- clearly doesn’t.
