We’ve been buying from the Wine…
We’ve been buying from the Wine Enthusiast since the mid 90’s. We’ve bought two coolers, one of which was a EuroCave. We outgrew our stand alone coolers and built a 1500 bottle walk-in wine cellar. Their quality and customer service has been near impeccable. Very pleased.

We had an issue with our new Eurocave…
We had an issue with our new Eurocave wine refrigerator. Our first call to customer service resulted in little action; however our salesperson, Spencer, helped escalate our issue. Shaq, from Customer Experience, jumped in and we had a service technician at our house the next business day! We are very happy with our refrigerators and wine station. Spencer has been outstanding from helping us select our products, delivery, installation, and service. I would definitely recommend Wine Enthusiast.

I recently purchased a Wine Enthusiast…a really great decision.
I recently purchased a Wine Enthusiast 32 bottle wine refrigerator. It arrived without a problem, but did not work properly...I called customer service and they had a new unit to me within 4 days, it works well and I am very pleased with my purchase. Your customer service is one of the best that I have dealt with...they were friendly, professional and knowledgeable. They asked the right questions, figured out the problem and did not hesitate in their resolve. Like I was told before I purchased it..."Great Company"...now I truly know how accurate that compliment was.😁

My circuit board had gone out on my…
My circuit board had gone out on my wine frig. The customer service rep was wonderful! They don’t make my frig anymore, but Mikee found the part I needed, provided a list of businesses in my area that service wine fridges. My frig is in great condition and I love it and is now working again just fine. Saved me a lot of money!
