I purchased a set of four Zalto Denk’Art Universal glasses for $312 and specifically selected the gift option at checkout, expecting a thoughtful and elegant presentation appropriate for a premium purchase. Unfortunately, I was extremely disappointed when the order arrived. Instead of a beautifully presented gift set, the four glasses were simply packaged individually in a box. What bothered me most was that the heartfelt, personalized message I had carefully written for the recipient was printed directly on the packing slip rather than included on a proper gift card. I understand that delicate glassware requires protective packaging, but there is a difference between safely shipping an expensive product and presenting it as a gift. When a customer spends over $300 and specifically selects the gift option, I believe the company should put more effort into making the experience feel special. The glasses themselves are beautiful, but the overall gifting experience felt impersonal, careless, and frankly quite tacky for a company selling luxury products. A simple, elegant card would have made a significant difference. I expected much better attention to detail from Wine Enthusiast.

Customer Service has been good, but there is no justification for $349 delivery when it has been over a month from my order

I ordered the four-cabinet wine credenza, along with an extended warranty. One of the compressors failed, and i cant get customer service to act on it. Everyone is nice, but now they are just doing dumb stuff, like asking fir the order number which is in the email! Im ready to take them to court,

I have ordered a couple of wine fridge from WE before. I've never had issues until now. I ordered at large wine fridge on August 24th. I chose this one because it was in stock and said it would ship within 48 hours. It is now over a month later, no shipment, no information other than "it's processing". I've attempted to contact customer service by phone just to be put on hold for hours. I tried the chat service and after a couple of back and forth they just disappear. There is no customer service and their hold music sucks.

we ordered a $3.3k wine cabinet that was listed as 'in stock' on August 19th - they told us it actually wasn't ready, and needed more time, but would have it here by early September. now we are into October (need it by Friday October 2nd for house warming) and they sent us this, acknowledging that they messed up, and just telling us to deal with it - rather than sacrifice a couple hundred $ of their $1,500+ profit margin to get it to us sooner, they basically just told us to screw off. completely dishonest company with agressive marketing - do NOT buy from them - you can get the same stuff elsewhere also, so use another source: "Hello Mark, I sincerely apologize for the frustration and disappointment this experience has caused. I completely understand your concerns, especially with your housewarming party approaching and this being the last piece you are waiting on. Unfortunately, the unit was not actually in stock when the order was placed. I’m very sorry that this was not communicated to you at the time, and I understand how the information shown on your order confirmation and the lack of updates would have made this even more frustrating. At this time, the unit is still not available, so unfortunately, we will not be able to have the order delivered by Friday. I truly wish we were able to fulfill your order within the timeframe you need, and I’m very sorry that we cannot make that happen. I completely understand if you would prefer to cancel the order and make other arrangements. If you would like to proceed with the cancellation, please let me know, and I will take care of the cancellation and arrange for the refund to your original form of payment. This is an unbelievably expensive outfit. You get what you think is your forever gear and then it falls apart. Weeks of waiting. No idea in leadtime. The delivery crew are then the worst you will experience. A shambles

Got a big box delivered after a lost order placed 3 months prior and marked by Wine Enthusiast as delivered - only to have a bad compressor so could not set the temperature. Now I am trying to get this big box returned but have not received a label or wire or string to tie the box together (something not in my garage and I have a lot of stuff. Will probably resort to duck tape). In the meanwhile 2 times the arrival date of the new box has been changed. Yes they have compensated me with 2 nice wine glasses but nothing compensates me for the hours I've spent on trying to get one small product.
