Works as advertised but does not let you cut and paste repetitive information.

Previous version had a 17 page caregiver check list. I have not been able to find it in this years program. That was the 2018 version.

Hi Charles, Thank you for taking the time to leave a review. We appreciate you repeatedly using WillMaker for your legal needs! The Information for Caregivers and Survivors document you mentioned is still available for you in the download version of WillMaker 2023, which you can access from your online WillMaker account. It's compatible with the 2018 version, so if you still have your old WillMaker file, your information and answers will port to WillMaker 2023. If you need help finding or using the downloadable software, please contact Nolo Customer Support at 1(800)728-3555 from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. PST Monday through Friday or by email at [email protected].

After I entered all data online and the system reported it 100% complete, I clicked on a button to generate the pdf. It gave an error message. Repeated attempts didn’t help. I reported the issue via email - no response. I called support: after being on hold, I was told that they will call back. No callback for two days.

It worked! I completed the trust and did the quit claim deed to transfer property into the thrust. No problems. One suggestion of improvement would be to include a quit claim deed program portion prompting info to fill the quit claim deed. This would be extremely helpful since putting property is the biggest ticket item that needs to go into the trust. I love having all the additional sections, durable power of attorney, pour over will, advance directives, etc. I could not have done the trust myself without this program. I tried to do it just with the Nolo book, read it, it’s very good but I never could get beyond reading it, never got to where I completed the job and made the trust. The book helps to understand in detail all aspects of a trust, so it’s good read. Get the software, follow its questions ( it’s like tax preparation software) and get the trust DONE!
