Program easy to use
Program easy to use. Everything was step by step. Unfortunately, new version of program could not open previous versions of documents. Had to start all over again rather than just edit what needed to be changed.

At the end of the day
I had a lot of trouble with customer support -- they were conscientious and professional but didn't know why I kept losing files. I kept inputting info into documents that disappeared. But finally spoke (for an hour!) with a guru in Portland, Oregon, who knows everything there is to know about Willmaker. There's more than one way to skin a cat.

The entire process was quite easily…
The entire process was quite easily spelled out for me. All I had to do was follow the directions and I had a will and final directive.

Say No to Attorneys!
I'm grateful to prepare end-of-life documents without paying the exorbitant fees charged by attorneys.

Good product
Although the program is simple to use and follow, making changes or corrections to some documents are a challenge. Awaiting an answer from Support.

Nolo Revokable Living Trust
I did a RLT for my Dad in November 1991 by Nolo on 3 1/2 inch floppy disks. Everything worked great. This new Quicken Willmaker and Trust seems to be working just as well.
