I purchased willmaker because i had very good experiences with quicken's turbotax products. However willmaker is not up to the same complexity or quality of turbotax. Willmaker can only handle simple situations and is very slow & buggy. I had purchased the one in 2020 and thought 2023 version will be better. It is worst with looping bugs that forced me to repeat steps again and again. Called into tech support & the online help chat. They were going to refer me to a lawyer. I need tech support for their program problems!!! Received the new downloaded & updates but still same looping problems & long slow response time. Tried online version. Faster & no looping. I however did not find function to add great grandchildren which was available in 2020 version. Lacking in function.

Hi Nancy, Thank you for your feedback. We are sorry to hear you are having a difficult time with your recent purchase of WillMaker. Have you tried using the download version of WillMaker (available in your WillMaker account)? The download version will give you the same experience that you had with WillMaker 2020. WillMaker works for most people with common situations. However, some circumstances require getting help from a lawyer. A representative will be reaching out to you soon to discuss your concerns and provide you with technical support. If you wish to reach out to us, please call us at 1(800)728-3555 from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. PST Monday through Friday, or email us at [email protected]. We appreciate your feedback!

Willmaker is a pleasant, step-by-step process which helped walk me through creating a will. I previously spent quite a bit on making a will which is completely outdate. Willmaker offers a much easier way to update as life changes.
