Takes Time To Learn But Pays Off
I found the software very hard to navigate at first. I had finished the 1st Will and had to edit it. I could not find the software on the computer. I ended up having to buy the updated version. once I received it via download and located it on the computer, all went very well. My family Wills were easy to complete and I am ready to move on to other documents. I am not very savvy as far as technology goes but found the experience rewarding.

Willmaker was very easy to use. Step by step prompts were easy to follow and user friendly. Allowing some edit capability would have made it more useful.

Not Simple to Download and Sign into.
I like the package very much, but somehow had trouble downloading the software onto my computer. I was sent a temporary password and tried to sign in with that (using copy and paste), but it did not work. I was able to complete my will in good fashion, but cannot sign back in to do the remaining documents. Waiting for support to clear things up.

Just like Quicken
Just like Quicken, Quickbooks and Turbo Tax, Willmaker makes doing relatively uncomplicated end-of-life legal work easy.

I think that you covered all the bases…
I think that you covered all the bases and did it in a straight forward way that was easy to follow. It answered all the questions that I had and the price was very reasonable.

I have created a will for myself and my…
I have created a will for myself and my spouse. I created a community property agreement and durable poa so far. I thought it would have been easier to have a joint will with my spouse, however Willmaker has explained why it is far better to have an individual will than a joint will. I appreciate them reaching out to me with an explanation on this. There were a lot of pages to print, but everything was organized with instructions. Instructions were easy to understand and follow, creating our contacts made it easy to complete future documents. Step by step guidance is appreciated. I am happy I purchased this product and would recommend to others. So far so good.

WillMaker does not offer joint wills because most couples are better off with separate wills. You can read more about this here: https://www.willmaker.com/support/willmaker-will-faqs.html#four. That said, WillMaker can help you make "reciprocal wills," which are nearly identical individual wills. This feature is currently available in the download version of WillMaker (which comes with your purchase) and will be in the online version of WillMaker soon. Updated my program...very easy to…
Updated my program...very easy to download, good instructions. Nice, easy to use program. Good instructions on what is needed and to keep track of things. Looking forward to updating my will and creating a trust for my family.
