Mr. Dicus, was an excellent attorney. From his answering and responding to my numerous questions during the process, to getting my record expunged. I had an assault with a firearm case, from 2008. I beat up a gentleman that molested a child, BUT California charged me with assault with a firearm, even though I did not have a firearm. I NEVER thought I would be able to expunge such a crime off my record, and honestly thought I was ruined for the rest of my life. The conviction haunted me from the beginning, losing job offers and being hand cuffed to the reality of staying stagnate in the field I was in. Most of all my fiancee has dual citizenship Canadian/American her whole family is in Canada, and with my conviction I could not cross into Canada. This put tremendous strain on our relationship. I gambled with Mr. Dicus after his explanation that if I had completed everything the courts have asked of me, HE could and would expunge my record. Mr. Dicus proved to be worth every penny I paid. in fact I would have paid double knowing he could do what he said he would.
