Our records indicate that earlier this month, you requested replacement links for the 2020 version of WillMaker (downloadable software), which were sent. When you use the downloadable version of WillMaker, you do not need to register your software each time you upgrade, and you can seamlessly access and edit documents made with previous versions. However, beginning with WillMaker 2023, you have another option — you can make new documents online in your WillMaker account. At this time, you can not import previously-made WillMaker documents to your online account, but when you make documents online, you can access and edit them anywhere at anytime without the need for downloadable software.
