Fantastic product
Fantastic product! Easy to use. Very helpful instructions written in plain English. Certainly beats dealing with a lawyer. Would highly recommend.

This is the third time over many years…
This is the third time over many years that I've used will maker for both my wife and I. The interview process is thorough and has substantial clarifying information about possible concerns or benefits for decisions made working through all of the documents included in the willmaker passage. This time around I really appreciate the fact that the documents are kept on the cloud Within a Quicken and Nolo. This allows me to come back and edit certain documents that can be edited and changed as new decisions are made. I very much appreciate being able to make an affordable set of documents for end of life and health decisions.

All Inclusive - Easy to Use
I was pleased to see that both my wife and I could complete our wills and our advance medical directives without having to buy add on products. The question and answer format was easy to follow, and completion of all documents was concluded quickly.

Quicken Willmaker is great product for just about anyone
Quicken Willmaker is just an excellent product that enables regular people to create their own wills and other legal documents like durable power of attorney and financial power of attorney. I used the product to create my will and that of my dad's and the will for my dad was legallly probated without issues. It is easy to use and will likely save you some money from having an lawyer draw up these documents. It is also a great way to organize all of your financial information into one place for one's survivors so they know where the bank accounts are, what email accounts the person had, etc. so they can all be settled once someone dies. Everyone should have a will, and this product makes it easy and affordable, so there is no excuse to procrastinate any longer.

I could not print some documents in…
I could not print some documents in Willmaker 23 Plus. The technical service rep was quick to come up with a solution and sent a link to me so that I could download a version of the program that fixed the problem for SC users. The initial download process should ask the user's state and connect them to the proper software version.

Easy to use
Easy to use. Instructions were clear. Would like a page for notary to use for the will.

WillMaker used to provide notary certificates, but over the years, we learned that notarization generally goes better when the notary certificate is provided by the notary. That said, we're currently working on adding a generic notary certificate to the program to be used by those who prefer to provide their own certificates. We appreciate your feedback!
