USE AN ACTUAL STORE.....DON'T TRUST
I am extremely disappointed with my experience purchasing cabinets from WholesaleCabinets.com. My concerns involve the delivery process, misleading sales information, and the lack of professional design guidance I received. The delivery of my order was unsafe. The driver arrived without the proper equipment needed to unload a 12-foot pallet of cabinets. As a result, I had to assist with unloading the shipment myself, placing me directly in the path of an extremely heavy pallet. No customer should ever be expected to help unload building materials because the delivery company was not properly equipped. Fortunately, no one was injured, but the situation was completely avoidable. I was also pressured into making my purchase based on inaccurate information. My design representative, Ethan C., told me the promotional sale would end on **July 4 at 12:00 a.m.** and urged me to place my order immediately to secure the discount. After my purchase, I discovered the company's website stated the sale actually continued until **July 8**. I feel I was unnecessarily rushed into making a major purchase. In addition, I later learned that taller wall cabinets were available, which would have eliminated the need for stacker cabinets and provided a much cleaner, more custom appearance. This option was never presented to me during the design process. I relied on the expertise of the designer and expected knowledgeable recommendations. I expected accurate information, experienced design assistance, and a safe delivery process. Instead, I received misleading sales information, incomplete design advice, and a delivery experience that unnecessarily put my safety at risk. These issues significantly diminished my confidence in the company and what should have been an exciting home renovation project. The manager Rachel Smith did very little to remedy this situation appropriately even after acknowledging wrongdoing by her customer design rep.

Chinua, Thank you for your business and for your comments. We would like to address each part of your complaint, just as we have in our direct communications with you. We are truly sorry that you experienced difficulties with your delivery and we will address this with the shipping company. We are not affiliated with the delivery companies, and our customers are not expected to assist in the offloading process from the trucks in any way. This is also outlined in the terms we present to our customers at the time of purchase where we emphasize that we are exclusively using third-party shipping companies and are not affiliated with them. The designer who supported you no longer works with us and we truly regret if any incorrect information as to a sale end date was communicated by our designer. Usually when we have a sale, we provide clear communications around this on our website and via e-mail which offers an easy reference for our customers as to the sale timeline, which you also indicated in your message. As all purchases with us are made on the website, we trust that our customers have an objective view as to when a sale actually ends. We have carefully reviewed the communications via e-mail and text message between yourself and the designer and as is often the case, this was an iterative process between you and the designer. Our designer created several versions of your design, which were each presented to you along with respective quotes for them. The taller wall cabinets where part of this conversation, which you brought up and those were the ones you eventually purchased. We take full responsibility in case a quote or cart that our designers support you with does not align with the design a customer is provided, but if it does, we have to rely on what our customers order. This is also in alignment with our terms, agreed to at the time of purchase. The final cart and the order you placed fully reflect the final design that our designer provided to you prior to your order and the measurements align with those you provided to us. Right before your order, you had a detailed conversation with our designer via text message, where you also confirmed that the final design and quote was in accordance to what you planned to purchase. In other words, we have not been able to identify any professional error on our designer’s side and the dissatisfaction you have expressed is not due to our designer providing different items in your quote than on the design. Your order corresponds to what we presented that you would be getting, and that is what was delivered – we cannot see where we should have done anything differently. We would like to emphasize that we are not trying to avoid any responsibility if we have made any mistakes. If you have communications to show that we did not provide what you asked for, or that the final quote our designer created did not align with the design that was provided, please send those over directly to us and indicate specifically where our error lies so that we can quickly rectify it for you. Your business means a lot to us, we look forward to continue supporting you. All the best, The team at Wholesale Cabinets
