While most of our cabinets ship within 3 days, the style you purchased is custom made as advertised when you placed your order and the one month production time was advised at that time. We shipped your order within 2 business days from the estimated shipping date. We are sorry to hear about your experience with the shipping company and we will address this with our shipping partner. Please note that we work only with third party shipping companies in order to be able to provide nationwide deliveries so we have no control over which team members they employ or use for our deliveries. We constantly update our list of shipping partners and strive to only work with the best in each area of the country. We are happy that we were able to promptly address the missing hardware that you reported and have separately clarified your questions around this. Thank you for your business and your review. We are truly sorry that we were not able to leave you satisfied with our work. We do feel that it is important to clarify a few points in your review. Your cabinets order contained several back ordered items, marked as such in your cart before you completed the purchase. At the top of your cart (and your order confirmation) it said "Note: This order contains a backordered item which may affect shipping dates. Please reach out to us for further details." When you checked out, there was also a popup offering you the option to wait for everything to be in stock (and get free shipping) or ship everything that was in stock immediately and the back ordered items later once they got back in stock. You chose the former. Cabinets are bulky and expensive to ship and a lot of work goes into receiving them back at the warehouse when returned. This is why our warehouse partners charge us a 20% restocking fee for any voluntary returns as decided by the customer, which we have to pass on. This is clearly outlined and presented at checkout on our website. We have worked hard to make our process and purchase information as customer friendly as possible, but we are always happy for additional constructive suggestions on how to improve. Cody, Thank you for your business and your review. We are truly sorry that your experience with us has not been perfect (as we always strive for, and hope our efforts to achieve the contrary show), but we feel that a few points of your review need to be corrected. Your order shipped out complete 3 days after you placed it, which we believe is a market leading shipping speed – especially considering the number of cabinets in your order. We understand that the third-party shipping company failed to deliver one pallet, which is very rare and we were happy to learn that the full shipment was eventually delivered. Naturally, we would have replaced any cabinets they lost if that would have been the case. We are not aware of the details of your project, but usually a wall cabinet (which you reported as missing once you took delivery) does not hold up installation as most kitchens are installed with the base cabinets first. Once those cabinets, the appliances and the countertop are installed, the kitchen is usually useable even if it is not complete and not visually appealing. Once you reported that one cabinet was missing (after the full delivery was received) we arranged a new shipment of that cabinet and it was shipped out before you posted this review. Despite fulfilling all of our obligations and ensuring you received the cabinets you ordered, we also offered an additional minor financial compensation to show our concern for your dissatisfaction (although key parts of it were outside our control). We regret that you do not consider this additional financial support to be enough. We are sorry that you missed our sale - as we explained, the sales are supported by our manufacturers and they are strict on the order dates so we would take a loss if we honored the sale outside the window of time. We offer a lowest price guarantee so we are glad to note that you got a great deal. We have not received any reports from you of a cabinet having any marks, but will be happy to replace those parts as well if you provide us with the necessary information. As far as we know, currently all of your concerns have been promptly resolved. After carefully reviewing all of our communications and our actions, we are pleased to say that we have offered market leading customer service which we proudly stand by. We hope to be able to offer the same level of care and dedication to every customer going forward and we look forward to serving any additional cabinet needs you may have.
