James was so helpful over the last 10 weeks as we refined our kitchen plan. He’s very adept at initial drawings and 3D renderings, and quick to make changes. Great customer service on the live chat, too.

Our designer, Ginger was fantastic and not pushy at all. The entire experience was great from beginning to end. Plus, we really liked that this product is made in the USA.

Ryan was super easy and kind to work with. He listened to my requirements and put together a great design. He even went out of this way to let me know there was a sale going on. I was impressed with his work ethic and how easy it was to talk with him. He was a great person to work with!

JAMES R.
I ordered Shaker style cabinets and was informed that I would need to assemble them, which I felt comfortable with. When the cabinets were delivered, I inquired about missing items and was informed that they would NOT pack multiple items in one box. It turns out that they do pack multiple items in one box. I went on YouTube to check the assembly instructions only to discover that they changed the assembly process. I found that this new assembly is far superior to the previous assembly process. Watching the video, it shows the process of installing the drawer gliders supports require two screws. The only screws provided are pan head screws that interfere with installing the other screw. (I believe flat head screws should be used to accommodate the adjustment of the supports). So far I am awaiting some sort of response from anyone.

Thank you for your order and your review, James. We are happy that you found that the assembly process for your cabinets was superior to what you saw online. We have not changed the assembly process however. The assembly video you refer to is for an entirely different line. We still have no assembly videos yet available online for the line you purchased, although we plan to add that in the very near future. The assembly videos are marked by name of the cabinet series that each line belongs to, and yours is the Monument Series. Shortly after we last communicated, your designer Allison reached out to assist with information on the assembly and offered to provide additional screws per your needs which you declined at the time. We do want to make sure to support you in bringing the experience of buying cabinets as close to perfect as we can so we ask that you reach out to us if we can assist you further at all, even after the time that has now passed. Kind regards, The team at Wholesale Cabinets
