WeTravel has helped us scale our…
WeTravel has helped us scale our business from 6 trips a year to 20+. We couldn't have done it without this easy-to-use platform for our travelers. Interest-free payments are also a game changer. My only quibble is why charge a fee for debit card processing? It should be the same as ACH because it comes right out of our customers' bank accounts. Makes no sense and we get complaints about it from our travelers. But we love the platform and they have been super-responsive to us on all fronts. We're very happy customers.

If you're Looking for a Booking Platform, this is it
I have been using WeTravel for over 12 months for my tour business and it has been a game changer for integrating a booking platform to my website. This gives me control over the booking process and makes it easy for my guests to make payment for their tour. WeTravel has a number of features that work for me very well, but also a lot of features that would likely add value but I don't presently use. You pay a subscription plus a fee per transaction. I would hope the fee per transaction would be a little cheaper however, I have learnt to build it into quotes for tours. I highly recommend WeTravel.

La plataforma de wetravel es excelente…
La plataforma de wetravel es excelente para el cobro con tarjetas de manera no presencial; es decir al enviar el link y efectuar el pago; sin embargo al hacer cobros de la misma manera presencialmente el tiempo que tarda en hacer el proceso el pax es demasiado largo.

Good booking platform for Small TourOps that need flexibility
Love the two-tier pricing option (one of which is FREE!) which makes it easier for a Micro Business like ours to use this booking platform. The team behind it all is super helpful. Great Flexibility: Most of our tours are custom designed. We offer a standard set of tours, but the system makes it easy for us the create customised versions. Reminders, communication, payments are really useful and give clients the confidence to book. Cons: I cannot control what CreditCard I can accept (AMEX charges are too high for us). Consider and compare charges to other platforms: There are charges from the credit card institutes and charges from WeTravel, + a charge from Wetravel when you move the payments into your account.
