As a tour operator, finding a platform that balances comprehensive features with user-friendly design can be a challenge, but WeTravel hits the perfect sweet spot. The itinerary builder is incredibly intuitive, allowing us to present our tours beautifully and professionally. On top of that, the payment processing is seamless, secure, and hassle-free for both our team and our international clients. It has completely streamlined our booking workflow. This site is the biggest scam. They will withhold your money from your retreat and make you pay for your entire retreat out of pocket. It says they will give you your money in 30 days after your retreat is over and then they withhold it even longer. They owe me $4,000 and I still have no received it and it has been over 40 days since my retreat. DO NOT USE THIS SITE FOR YOUR RETREATS.

Amazing experience with Mohammed Amleh for onboarding our company to the WeTravel platform. You can see his care and passion shine through for his clients and the effort he puts into find answers, even if he is not sure there and then, he will go and find out. The payment system is clean, easy to implement and multi currency & fleixbility is a big plus! We primarily use the booking capture embeds for & passenger management tools and up until now I have no complaints! Looking forward to seeing the development continue with the new CRM feature & excited to continue the journey with WeTravel.

The payment process appears to be secure and fairly straightforward. My deduction of two stars is based on the excessive "service fees" they charge with any payment by credit card. Whether paying in CAD or USD, there was a nearly 4% markup. Fortunately, it's possible to avoid this by paying directly from a bank account by electronic funds transfer, but I have never seen credit card fees this high. Given those fees, it's much better to pay directly from your bank account.

I am editing this review. Here is my story. This company actually chased me for four years to join their platform. Because of the failure of another company, I agreed to do so because I needed the payment platform. They have a review process when onboarding new companies and mine, it seems, was pushed through in a hurry so their salesmen could get their commission. So I started using the platform and was going well. Then suddenly, they blocked a payment of over €12k and held the funds, "pending a review". My company has a decade of history, an impeccable reputation, and never any whiff of wrong-doing. So, they block my funds, and the things they request to "complete their review" include private emails between us and our client. I have never felt so furious, and I have never felt like my privacy and that of my clients privacy have been so invaded. This company CHASED ME for four years asking me to join the platform, then, when I finally capitulate, suddenly I am untrustworthy. I take back everything I said in my original review. Unless you want to have your money blocked (for how long, no one will say, they are still holding my €12k) then I would strongly advise against using this company. __________________________________________________________ If you are a Tour Operator, this platform is excellent and easy to use for payment collection... I have been considering using this platform for a number of years, but I could not get motivated to deal with change; my agency is just too busy. Anyway, a failure of a payment platform that we were using, coinciding with a WhatsApp message from Dennis Mathiu, made me take the plunge. I have been very happy so far with the service that Dennis has provided, and the only reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is that I think there could have been a smoother onboarding of our enormous library, which they tell me they are working on getting done for me. And, I do think that writing an itinerary in WeTravel is more complicated than in the service that we currently use, so, it will take some convincing to get me to move my itinerary builder to WeTravel. But, the payment platform works perfectly. The prices are reasonable, the payment options are great, and clients have actually said to me today that they found the experience of being able to choose the mode of payment, and payment currency, is really convenient for them. It is convenient for me because we take payments from all over the world and then have to send the money to Madagascar and so far so good, it has all worked perfectly on this platform.

Dennis Kinyua took care of putting us onboard, making sure all is in order and ever since we have double our incomes through WeTravel. I will recommend all companies to enrol and make life easier for them.

We’re still actively using this system for Savannah Adventures in Victoria Falls, Zimbabwe, and it has been a great addition to our operations. Many of our guests use it to pay for safari game drives, Chobe day trips, Hwange trips, as well as our Moonlight & Stargazing 4x4 safaris here in Victoria Falls. The system is smooth, reliable, and easy for both us and our guests, which makes a real difference in day-to-day business. A special thank you to Dennis — the customer service has been outstanding. He’s available almost day and night, always quick to respond, and incredibly supportive. His ongoing help has genuinely contributed to growing our business. Highly recommend — very happy with the experience!

I joined WeTravel in January 2026 and use it to help run my student travel business, after leaving another platform. They provided an integration we needed, and the customer support during the migration and setup process was very much appreicated! We Travel set everything up for me and trained me how to use the differnet features (They helped transfer old bookings over to WeTravel) The itinerary builder, website builder, and AI features in the CRM are huge time savers!
