Hi Emam We understand how frustrating it can be when a payment is disputed after a completed tour. After reviewing your case and the payment involved, we’d like to clarify that the transaction was processed via SEPA Direct Debit. Under SEPA banking rules, these disputes are handled differently from standard credit card chargebacks. When a customer requests a reversal through their bank, the payment is automatically returned to the account holder, and there is no counter-dispute or evidence submission process available to merchants or payment facilitators. For this reason, WeTravel was not able to submit evidence or challenge the dispute, regardless of the documentation or proof of service available. The outcome was determined by the customer’s bank under the applicable SEPA rules, and there were no further actions available to WeTravel once the dispute was finalized. We understand how frustrating this situation must have been, especially since the tour had already been completed. We’re sorry that the circumstances of this particular payment method meant we could not provide a different outcome, and we hope this explanation provides some clarity around what happened. -The Wetravel team
